Sanad Organization expresses its intention to contract with a qualified supplier to provide school bags as shown in the table of quantities, (in camps and the city of Azaz) as follows:
Abdullah Al-Saleh school in Al Iman annex Camp, Al Shuhadaa School in Shamarekh Camp, Al Sanabel School in Yazi Bagh Camp, and Al-Qadisiya School in Shamarekh Camp.

The supplier must deliver their Financial and Technical offers:
1- In two separate sealed envelopes (Inside a larger sealed envelope, stamped and signed) + Samples and models of materials otherwise the offer will be rejected
2- For proving expertise in the stationery supply field: Contracts will be evaluated (provided that complete pages of the contract signed by both parties are attached), along with purchase orders signed by both parties, invoices, and corresponding delivery notes approved for them.
3- During working days (Monday – Friday) between 09:30 – 16:30
4- Only to the following address of SENED HQ office PANCARLI MAH. 58078-SOKAK DISKAPINO:23 – İÇ KAPI NO:1 ŞEHİTKAMİL/GAZİANTEP
5- The last date to submit your offers on Tuesday 23/04/2024 at 16:30.
Notes:
· The award according to the following:
a- 60% Technical score.
Technical Evaluation Table in the below
b- 40% Financial score.
· Specifications for mobile phones and laptops must be included in the technical offer
· Read carefully and sign all the related documents including General terms.
All envelopes should be named (Technical/Financial) and the reference number (24-SYR-AZA-237) and name of the tender (Student kits in A’zaz) should be written on the outer envelope. The name of the bidder should be written clearly on the envelopes.
· All envelopes should be sealed, stamped, and signed.
